Meet the Pinnacle Team
Jon Buer
Director
With over 37 years’ experience in the building services industry, Jon spent the first 11 years of his career working with Haden Young as an apprentice Pipe Fitter Welder, a mechanical Estimator and as an M&E Quantity Surveyor.
Following a brief spell in a PQS role, Jon continued to expand his knowledge and experience working for a number of major UK Mechanical and Electrical Contractors throughout the North West of England and the London area.
In 2018, Jon made the decision to start his own business working with a number of his previous Employers and Sub-Contractors as well as many new Clients within the UK and Ireland, eventually coming together with Sean and Darren and between them, forming Pinnacle Construction Professionals Ltd.
Darren Russell
Director
A Commercial Manager with a wealth of experience. Darren Started his Career in 1995 as a HVAC Engineer with Emcor Drake and Scull.
He subsequently moved into the Commercial Department as a Quantity Surveyor and later joined SPIE (formerly AMEC) and Darren progressed to Commercial Manager for the Northern Region.
Darren has been the Commercial Lead at Business level and on numerous Projects from £100k to £100m + with various Clients and Contractors across all sectors of Construction.
He set up his own Consultancy in 2015 and eventually joined Sean and Jon to form Pinnacle Construction Professionals Ltd.
Outside of the “day job” Darren is a keen runner and Property Investor.
Sean Finnigan
Director
Following completion of a degree in Construction Management, Sean began his journey within the Construction Industry in 2008 as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor.
In 2011 Sean re-located from the North West to London working as a Quantity Surveyor for a couple of M&E Contractors, including Balfour Beatty before setting up his own consultancy in 2015.
Since working as a consultant, Sean has held positions as both Commercial Manager & Quantity Surveyor for a number of major M&E companies in both the North West of England and in the London region.
Sean moved back to North West in 2018 prior to coming together with Darren & Jon to form Pinnacle Construction Professionals Ltd.
Outside of work, Sean has two young daughters which keep him busy!
Megan Dalton
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Following the successful completion of her A Levels in 2021, Megan left college and found herself two local retail jobs, which she both enjoyed and excelled in.
Whilst Megan enjoyed the work and dealing with the public, she felt compelled to find a more challenging and long-term career.
She joined Ammix Professional Services as a Trainee M&E Quantity Surveyor in May 2022 transferring to Pinnacle Construction Professionals in September 2022 as an Assistant M&E QS, embarking on a Level 4 HNC.
Her career aspirations are to continue her education to degree level and beyond, specialising in M&E Quantity Surveying.
Megan is a vital part of the Pinnacle team.
